Looks good at first glance!.
If i may give some advice: You’re basic dimensions and shapes are good, but you’re using standard fonts, which let down the good work you’ve done, try making the letters of the Castrol logo as they really are, this will help your design look even better;) Keep it up mate!
As Anubis has said above, your layout, shading and colour work are really good, if you can transfer it in to detailed logo work as well then you’ll definitely have something!

The base design is okay but I would suggest you learn to start making your own logos. You will get better over time mate, it just takes practice.

It really shows the difference with your own logo work on the R35,you’ve done a really great job.

Keep going with creating them. its time consuming but the effect custom logos make the cars go from one level to another!
