Yep, lots of Blueprint Events still seem to have it. Quick search in “Title” field for “Owen” should find you something that works.

Some (redacted) hacked it. Supposedly they were banned and an effort was made to “recover” the undeserved cars.
I think some (beyond Owen of course) had it legitimately ?
