I was banned about a month ago and I’m not aware that I did anything wrong. Some of my friends are having the same problem and I was told that the servers messed up and banned a lot of people. Please help, thanks.

Servers detect illegal activities, but they don’t ban people. Turn 10 does that, especially when people have illegally reverse engineered the game and attempted to sell hacked cars on the Auction House.
If your Friends have the same problem, they may have done the same thing. You and your Friends could write Turn 10 at forzafb@microsoft.com, but those who hack the game are 20-year bans. Neither bans nor the enforcement of the Xbox LIVE Code of Conduct are discussed on the forums.
