I know this is probably a dumb question but I want to know for a fact if this is correct. Long story short, I bought FH4 standard edition about 3 months ago and im looking forward to buying some of the add ons. But I would like to just buy ALL of the add ons in 1 pack. So I was wondering if I buy the Ultimate edition would it take the $60 off cause I already own FH4 standard edition? I also saw something called ultimate edition add on but I don’t know if that will get me all add ons. I literally don’t know what to do. Yalls needa help me out. 
The ultimate edition add-ons pack will be all you need.
It contains all the missing content you don’t get with the standard edition.

Answer: No, if you buy the ultimate edition I don’t believe it will refund or discount you the price of the game and just give you the cost of the add-ons, you’re going to have to enjoy the regular game and wait for either the Season Pass (which is what you want to buy at this point) or the individual packs go on sale which, considering the season, may be likely either from a 3rd party digital key reseller online, on eBay, or via the Microsoft store directly.
Don’t confuse him, it’s not called a season pass. It’s called the Ultimate Edition add-ons bundle.

I read your post, I made the mistake of buying the ultimate on disc in stead of the download version from the Microsoft store their are no refunds or discounts. it is a no brainer to buy the Ultimate edition because you get all the car packs and a whole lot more with the Ultimate edition check it out on the Microsoft store and it will tell you what you get for addons, if you do buy it be sure to by the download version from Microsoft store that way if you ever need to reinstall it it is always there to redownload and it tells you that you own it hope this helps
If I’m not mistaken there are packs with all of the addons, that’s what you should look at.
