I got it to start...by changing xbox one settings to "Go offline". only single player.

I changed my settings to offline. Now I can race in single player at least. Although I haven’t raced yet but looks like it will work.

Yes it works in offline mode. I’ve tried to share it in the other thread a few times to give folks a temporary workaround. I’ve been racing offline for about an hour.
