Has been mentioned before I know, but the player quit race notice is doing my head in.
Being bang in the centre of the screen, blocks your braking points and your racing line.
I’m sure most feel, we don’t care who quits ! I certainly don’t care or need to know.
If it has to remain, move it to the top of the screen and while your at it Turn 10, make the pit stop board transparent.

I’m sick and tired of it!!! The longer the name of the player, the harder it is to look in front of you!
Yesterday the damn message blocked my view on La Sarthe. I was 1st, going at high speed on the Indianapolis straight (which is a little curved)…there was a tire wall on the right side of the road and I drove right into it. Boom.
Last night in GT league actually missed a breaking point and took out the third place guy. And yes the longer the name the worse it is.
You guys need bigger tvs, lots of people complain about this but I never notice it happen on the 50 inch tv
It’s the resolution, not the size of the TV. The message isn’t as poorly placed on a 1080p resolution (and before you judge, I’m running 780p on my 55" and the message is smack-dab in the center of my screen - covering the track, the car in front of me and pretty much anything I use for reference points).
Pure myopic coding, nothing more, nothing less.

I have a 780p TV and i don’t have that problem. is it because i drive in ‘‘cocpit’’ view? don’t remember where on my screen the Message pops up…
The pit Message still Blocks everything tho,…

Why is it a silly post, I know it has been mentioned numerous times, but hopefully Turn 10 may take notice one day and do something about it ! wishful thinking I know.

As you said it’s been discussed loads of times, if you want to fix this use chase cam.
Also this is probably deemed a feature request so it will either be deleted or moved
You race chase cam. It’s only an issue in the cockpit/ hood/ bumper views.
I don’t know about other views but with hood cam the message pops right in the middle of the screen, preventing us to see braking lines, corners, cars in front of us…
Why? Because in hood cam we have the rear view mirror on top of the screen and T10 had the brilliant idea to move the message down, and not to the side of the screen.
Well done T10, this thing ruins everything, especially since many players quit during the race (due to the bad connection to the servers)
This issue only effects certain views. It’s extremely annoying when players quit back to back to back. If you use either chace view, this issue will not effect you. However, those of us that are effected by it have a legitimate gripe.
There is a post in the Support Forum regarding this issue and T10 has yet to address it. I highly encourage anyone and everyone who is effected by this issue to post there and hopefully we will be able to get T10’s attention and have this problem resolved.
Will find the post in the support forum and post there as well, and get the thread up and running again, hopefully Turn 10 will eventually take notice.
