I can't buy token or Extras

Hi there ,

I’m having a problem buying Car tokens in Forza4 , when I reach the menu to select a pack it’s “Empty” so I can’t select or see any token pack , I’ve contact xbox support , delete gamer profile , system cashe … etc but that didn’t solve the problem !

any help?

48 hours and till now nothing ! is there is another support method ? an email for example ?
