My game won’t let me access the game online and it says it has lost my data. I cannot use the cars that I have purchased, use the auction house or even play with friends

as much as your inner wannabe mod might have a point… …no, it would seem the severs are down at the moment, that should be cross-platform. Last time this happened, DLC was released, so maybe there’s a patch about to drop?

If you ask for support you need to help yourself by letting people know which platform you are using otherwise it’s pointless and a waste of time

And when was the last time a patch was dropped on the weekend

I have encounter the problem too, it says my server connectivity is blocked,
but my NAT type is “open”
*I’m using PC
I can’t access online features either after the update.
No data loss though. Yet?

I’m using PC, NAT type is open, and I’ve pointing both IPv4 and IPv6 DNS to Google’s DNS. (don’t know if it’s relative to my problems)
Been die trying to fix it, and I searched older posts like this:

It would be wise not to try anything to “correct” this situation, because it appears to be on the server side and nothing locally with our setups.

I’m able to play online, but rivals, auction house and some other things are off. Hope it can be corrected shortly.
Must be some serious thing, it´s been over 6 hours now that servers make trouble… really hope progress isn´t lost

Still experiencing these issues.
It seems to be a pretty large problem if it has been down for this many hours. That and everyone’s Forza rank and information has defaulted to 0 and says they joined in 2005.

I think it is a precausion that they closed the servers. I bought this morning (European time - about 10 hours ago) 5 Porsche Carrera’s in the Auction House. But after that I bought the cars I could see my credits balance was the same as before. When I tried to put some cars up for sale in the AH about 15 minutes later, the server of the AH was down. Short period later all the online servers went down.
Lets hope that there is a budget for overtime and that the person responsible for the server coding is working on saturday as well. In the meantime it is saturday morning in California so let’s hope (expect) the servers to come back online soon.
