I’ve amassed billions on this game in over 2 years and thousands of hours in AH and races. Getting ready to switch over to Xbox1 so why let the credits go to waste??? Friday Nov. 14th i will be listing over 500 Ferrari 250 GTOs starting at 1,000 with no buy out. It will be for 24hrs so they won’t actually go off til Saturday. The auctions will not have time breaks between them so they are all going to go for VERY cheap. ENJOY FORZA WORLD

Confused!! they wont go cheap if you put them on Auctionhouse with no buyout as they will still go for millions anyway, leaving you with billions still in the bank??..I feel this will damage the economy of the game with such vast quantities of GTO’s.
I don’t know about “damaging the economy of the game” but I do agree that this may not be the best means of sharing his wealth among the Forza faithful. What about selling all 500 cars back to the game (for $5M each) and then giving away the $2.5 Billion you made from those sales by letting 25 people put up a car for $100M each in the AH.
Regardless of how you structure it, it’s a nice thought.

I’d have to agree with Nacho. That many 250GTO’s will most likely still go for several million anyways and be bought by the same few that buy and sell them everyday in the exact same fashion. All it will be is one big jammed up Auction House as everyone rushes to get a “Great Deal” on one. I think its nice of you to offer up these cars but it is no different than the current 250GTO Daily Auction House Frenzy. Its your credits so do what you’re going to do, just trying to offer some friendly feedback.
Well if your looking just to give everything away back to the community why not just do $1000 buyouts and it will be first come first serve and a lot of the ppl active in this forum would get one. I don’t know if there is a problem with my idea its just a suggestion I’m still fairly new to the online aspect of the game and don’t know if auctioning off that many gto’s for 1000 would cause havoc or not. Just my 2 cents worth take it or leave it
When I looked at the GTO’s Sunday night there were already 800+ so another 500 would be crazy.
I had 550 listed sunday night so most of them were mine. I listed them at a high price so they wouldn’t sell. wanted to see if there was some sort of limit on the amount you could list at once
A nice thought indeed, but as Nacho and Wolf said, it looks to be a repeat of current practice which most probably will end up in the “bargainhunters” pockets for their gain. Perhaps buying from selected players / auctions as Nacho suggested is the better idea so as to serve your objective. Kind idea from you.
If you notice the everyday players that list gtos have 5 or 6 in a row then a 15 or so minute break in between then another 5 or 6. This keeps them from jamming up and people can keep bidding on the same 5. The way I am going to list them there will end up being 20, 30, even 40 or so with “less than a minute remaining” the same 5 people wont be able to keep up with bidding on the same cars. If I do get billions back though I will do something else. Regardless what I do though I cant keep the “bargain hunters” from getting them
You highly underestimate these people because in a way I myself am one of them(I give away the most expensive cars) and let me tell you bidding on 40+ cars at a time is as easy as breathing. Reasons is because you only have to bid once and let everyone else to the heavy bidding and once that slows down(around 6-8million) you step in, also the 2 min reset once you bid helps a great deal.
Not saying this to discourage your giveaway I’m just saying what everyone else is already saying., if you do your giveaway in this manner you are going to end up with nearly the same amount of money your started with and when you look at your sales you’re going to see the same couple of people have brought all your Ferrari’s from you because they are not afraid to pay over the 10millioncr cost because they know they can sell it for more if they need to.
we will see what happens. if I see them going for big numbers ill start throwing some in for 1000 buyouts. the problem with listing 550 gtos at a time with 1000 buyout is the same person will most likely get almost all of them

This will be. That is a big reason why I am doing this instead of gifting them all away and dealing with countless friend requests and messages.
We’ll I’ll have to make sure not to put anything on Auction ending at the same time or shortly after your 250GTO’s as it will be one big long list of 250GTO’s ending with 1 minute or less for a very long time. Those 4-5 250GTO’s that end at a time daily do hurt other peoples Auctions as well, especially when the first set starts to compete with the second and third and so on to the point of well over 20 that are ending with 1 minute or less. I admire that you’re trying to help spread your good fortune but it really won’t help but a few people who will just have even more 250GTO’s to put up on their Daily 250GTO sales. Please reconsider your plan. Thank you.
I believe you are VIP. This will not effect your auctions as I am not.
If you’ve already spent your billions and bought the GTOs and don’t want the farmers buying them all off the AH, just gift them all away, and let the receivers decide to keep the car, or sell in the AH for cash to be used toward other cars.
He has to be on someone’s friends list to gift them a car, so this wouldn’t be the most efficient process either.
I hope you are right. I tend to agree with Black Kouki that it will be pretty easy for 2-3 people to win most of the cars.
I’m not sure that’s true M16. VIP only matters if you search a specific car. If you are just watching all auctions end, your 550 cars ending nearly all at once is going to greatly effect those people that also have cars ending about the same time.

Actually VIP also affects the main Auction House as well. Scroll down the first 24 hours of Auctions and there will be all the Non-VIP cars. I’m thinking that only those who are paying attention to the 250GTO’s or those reading this will be bidding on them. Anyways, like I said I think its great to try and give back to the community, it should be interesting to see what happens with this.

it takes around 77 bids to reach 10,000,000. I am pretty sure i can fit all 550 cars in a 2 hour time frame. that means for all these to sell for 10mil like you all say they will there will need to be 42,350 bids made in 2 hours. there are only 7200 seconds in that amount of time. you are looking at over 5 bids a second to accomplish that. i do realize that a min or so gets added when there is less than a minute remaining but its still just not possible. especially from the 1 or 2 single players that you say will get them all. Not going to happen…
