How to stop wheel spin....?

Im trying to use a Mclaren 12C in R class of all places and its surprisingly good!
but the only issue is the wheel spin in 3rd gear…

Anyone have any tips to help prevent this without ruining the gear ratio…?

More info will be needed.

Are you using the car for drag or circuit racing. I will assume its not for drift.

If circuit racing when is it happening?

You do not mention 1st or 2nd gears.

Is it happening on the straight when you change up, when you change down to 3rd, mid corner, corner exit?

If its on corner exit there are at least two types of wheelspin as well.

One is where the car tilts from corner to corner and one of the rear corners gets light. One wheel will spin but the car will maintain the path you want. The spinning tyre will overheat though.

This is sometimes due to the anti roll bars. Try reducing the rear ARB by 1 and see if it helps. If not go the other way.

If the rear end loses traction and oversteers then its possible you have been too heavy on the gas or various other factors. Maybe accel diff is too high. Maybe rear springs to stiff. Maybe other things.

But try to describe when it is happening so the tuners can provide accurate advice.
