Bring back Reward Cars as Spotlight Cars

As the title suggests, I would like tour reward cars too temporarily come back as spotlight cars. Whenever there’s a racing series that fits the car and there’s no newly added spotlight car, ex-reward cars would make for a better fit. After the discount period ends the car will not be available until the next time it is used as spotlight car. This way the cars remain somewhat exclusive, but there’s still a way to obtain them after the tour has ended. In my opinion this would be better than us…
