Hoping someone could help me out with this (And apologies if this has been brought up many times before). Certain cars such as the high end hypercars don’t allow for engine upgrades, which means I cannot view the upgrade graph to work out the max Torque & RPM values. What are my alternative options to find the max Torque & RPM values ?

Bring up the telemetry and drive the car around to see at which rpm peak hp and torque are.
And if you don’t know how to use the telemetry, go to settings > controller and go to the thing that says Anna/Telemetry and switch it to telemetry. Then go back out of the menus and press down on the d-pad. First thing you should see is all of the info on Horsepower and Torque. Then do what ll StigZ ll said and drive the car and pay attention to the power and torque.
