Don’t know about video, I just got share link from Youtube and post it.

Most use Imgur, not sure it does videos but you upload a picture and Imgur provides you a link for forums.
Upload an image to a site (flickr, imgur etc…)… Copy the hyperlink to the image and then add it inside img tags…
