How long does it take for forza support to reply to my request?

When I started the game two weeks ago, it required me to sync data. Unfortunately, the syncing was stuck at zero percent infinitely. When I stopped syncing and entered the game, I realized that all of the progress have been lost. After reading the articles, I understood that stuff like skill points, levels, and so on cannot be restored. What annoyed me most is the cars. Some of them are extremely rare and I spent huge amount of time earning them, including Lambo Sesto Elemento FE, Mercedes CLK GTR FE, Chevy Corvette 1953 FE, Pagani Huayra BC FE, Koenigsegg Jesko and CCGT, Mercedes AMG ONE, Toyota AE86, that’s all I could remember. By now, I have already reset my game just as suggested in the article. Moreover, forza support promises to return to a 1:1 inventory back to the gamers whose save has been lost, and though I have been waiting for nearly two weeks, NO ONE REPLY TO ME!!! I just want to get all my cars back, but WHY IT TAKES SO LONG??? IS THERE ANYONE ABLE TO HELP ME???

Based on people’s responses on here during FH4’s time, it can take anywhere from days to months and, unless things have changed for FH5, they just give credits and wheelspins.

Unfortunately, the same people who would be sorting things like that out are likely the same people who are struggling to sort out the mess this game currently is

when it comes to synch be patient, it can take an hour or more on 0% and another hour or more downloading while counting up to 100%

AFAIK you can’t get your cars back after you canceled the synch. You should find that info in a FAQ on the support page.

Be assured, if you play long enough the game will give you all FE cars and all wheelspin only cars andd even all really expensive cars. What you might have lost are “exclusive” cars which can be won by taking part in events - like the Raesr for example - but even these cars reappear later. Effectively you just wasted some amount of your time.
