How easy would it be to put a new variation into a track ? Indianpolis Grand Prix

Watching the indy grand prix at the moment and im thinking I would LOVE to run the track like that !!

In effect they would need to add 2 chicanes into the track and it would be another variation, my question is how easy would it be for them to do it ?

If we cant have new tracks it would be good to get more variations
