SO i have been driving the 2009 CTSV against the F10 M5 and find that the experience and the times are identical to the real world reviews. Kudos to Forza’s physics and algorithms. My question though is about the closeness to real life is if I modded a real CTSV09 to match for instance, an A600 build from the game. Should I expect a similar identical experience in handling?
To be honest I don’t really know. From a drifting stand point it would be a big no but from a road racing stand point I can’t say yes or no cause it would depend on how you tune it and then maybe you could get close to what the real world car would be like. On the old forum someone made a thread about their cars and how they add coilovers to it and then they tuned their in game car to match(I wanna say it was a VW) but you’d need to tune and drive the 09 CTS-V first in order to know I suppose.
As I personally consider it:
S Class = SCCA STU
A Class = SCCA T1
B Class = SCCA T2
C Class and below = SCCA Showroom stock for the appropriate cars.
