Is there a way to purchase VIP?

No you just have to have it.
I’m not sure if this is a joke, or just bad information… But like it was said above you can purchase the VIP status for FM5 by going to the “Add Ons” tab in the game marketplace and selecting it. The other way to obtain VIP is if you purchase the Limited Collectors Edition of the game, but as I assume you already own Forza getting the LCE doesn’t make much sense
