This landmark is (around) a water fall. How do i unlock this?

There’s a small dragon behind/next to a waterfall in the canyons. I think that’s what this one is. Spoiler has the minimap for reference.
Driving and exploring the biomes off the HW tracks was a highlight of the expansion for me so I would recommend that first.
