How do I switch cars in free roaming

I did an event and I got a Ferrari challenge stradale but I want to switch to my z4 how do I do that

You need to go to one of the Horizon Hubs on the map. They’re the big pink icons with an H in the middle. (you can fast travel there for 10,000 cr) Just go into your garage when you get there and select a car, then select “get in car” and that’s all there is to it!

I went to a hub but it only lets me select the current car I already have.

If you just started the game you may be limited to what you can do. Until you beat the Sisteron portion, the whole thing is a kind of tutorial.
