Do you still experience this in game? Are you able to complete previous story chapters solo to unlock the chapters?
I am currently having this issue on the Lucha De Carreteras Horizon Story.
I previously completed this with a friend late 2023 on his CO-OP/story and I recently went back to three star all the chapters in solo and realized I was locked out of chapters 4, 5 , 6 & 7. You can see in my video that I have gotten varies levels of stars on the locked chapters from when I did this with my friend in CO-OP, but the game is acting like I never completed the previous ones.
I have tried just about everything short of deleting my save and starting over, acts the same way on my Xbox Series X and PC, tried restarting, different cars, etc…I have even redone the previous chapters with different star amounts (1, 2 & 3) and no change to the ones that are currently locked.
