I’ve become accustomed to sitting in the back of the Forza bus as an Xbox 360 owner, but I was wondering if Forza Horizon Rewards are actually working. The usual routine; click on Rewards, wait for them, then post here and get nothing or directed to the infamous Turn 10 email.

They’ve currently lost 140k for me, too. At least I think it was 140k… The last two months worth of rewards for Horizon, whatever that amounts to.
140k or less, it may be nothing, I can make that in one race, but it’s the…principle of the matter? If something is supposed to work, well, then it’s supposed to work.
Yup, same problem here. No reward credits for the last two months. I sent email to the address supplied in the Support section (forzfb@microsoft.com), but I only got a reply saying there is no such recipient. Thought the address was wrong and sent new mail to (hopefully?) correct address forzafb@microsoft.com. Got an automatic response, indicating that the address was correct this time, but nothing after that. Also, still no credits received in the message center in neither Forza 4 nor Horizon.
I am not currently keeping my hopes high, not having any real responses and even having a false email address on Support section isn’t exactly good customer service. It is a shame, the games have been great. Wish they would understand that being neglected on Xbox 360 after buying the game makes people unsure about buying more on Xbox One due to suspicions that they will be dumped too, after giving the money to company.
I can confirm that Forza Rewards are working for Horizon 1 in all categories except “Paid DLC Owned”, which, for me, is stuck at 3/5. The other challenges are updating for me on the Rewards site in the matter of a few hours.
If we could only get Turn 10 to address the PDLC challenge…has anyone on these boards found a workaround to get the 5/5 back? Like re-dloading or actually purchasing content on the dashboard even though they are SP owners?
I can confirm that re-downloading doesn’t work. Several others have said that re-purchasing also doesn’t work.
It’s something somewhere along the line getting fouled up for certain people…
There should be more than one way to verify who owns (a license) to anything, but that does have to be a lot of annoying code work to sort out, and for a lot of seemingly random people. Can’t please everyone, but it would be nice.
I’ve not received Rewards in Horizon for at least two months. I’m still receiving them in Forza 4 which is nice.
Forza horizon is only one I have problems with updating my rewards I don’t receive monthly credits anymore so frustrating as trying to get to tier 7

On my third month now of not receiving Rewards credits in Horizon.
I’m getting monthly Rewards in everything (FM4, FM5, FH2) except Horizon. I think this has happened for at least 2 months now. Should be a substantial amount (>2M) backlogged.
Ditto. Horizon 1 seems to be the one with the issue. I, too, wonder if we will be getting all of the backlogged Rewards at once when they finally fix this…
Having problems with Horizon too. The trackers for all of its reward sections now wont update. PaidDLC is stuck at 3/5. Gamerscore is stuck at 890 when I definitely have 930 in the main game. Miles driven has been on 683 for 4 days now when ive completed numerous online races(went from lvl 11 to 22). The list goes on. Have they stopped support for the game?

I’m also having the same issue. Plus, when I look at the rewards, I am only seeing the increase to my gamerscore…nothing else. Anyone else see their Horizon rewards not appearing?
Yes, as far as I’m aware, nearly everyone is affected. There are complaints all over the forums. It was first brought to their attention back in January and February, and Turn 10 so far has done nothing to address it nor provided its community with so much as an update on their progress or an ETA on when it will be fixed. I’ve refused to buy another Forza title until they do.
I am having the same problems as everyone else very frustrating as trying to reach tier 7.
Yup just picked up Horizon a week ago, yup I know very delayed purchase, and only gamerscore, days played and 1000 club are tracking, ive driven 1000 km, own a bunch of cars and none of those sections are being populated, is it a wide spread issue?
I began redeeming rewards for Forza 4 and Horizon three months ago. I have not received any messages in the file depot with rewards. I am only tier 3 but that has cost me 90000 in credits so far. I too am experiencing issues with the DLC not updating. Hopefully a solution is in the works.
No reward is released, even though it meets the conditions of FORZA HORIZON.
It is not released from a few months ago.
For example, even though it has already been traveling more than 3000
km, can not be released is 1000 miles.
500 path also can not be released.
What should I do now?
I haven’t receive my reward for all forza games since feb of 2015 and my Sister too. i know that my tier haven’t gone up in those couple of month so the rewards is the same but y r we have this issue
