Horizon Life Stuttering!

I am having major stuttering issues with connecting and being online for Horizon Life! My FPS would drop below 50 fps every 5 seconds. I have tested on every setting including Ultra, High, Medium, and Low settings and each still have the same stuttering problem. My internet connection is 200 mbps with a Netgear Nighthawk router. I don’t have problem playing other online-intensive games with this connection. I hope its a software update fix because online multiplayer is impossible to drive competitively with these stuttering.

8 GB RAM
1 TB HDD 7200RPM
GTX 1070 8 GB

for me it ended by instaling the game on my ssd…

Does it always happen or just today?

It has been happening since the last December 13th update. Whenever I turn off Horizon Life and go Solo mode, everything is super smooth and there is no stuttering. Whenever it connects to Horizon Life, I get major lag spikes and stuttering. I’m playing on 1920 x 1080 resolution.
