When exiting house/garage back into Horizon Life freeroam, Horizon Arcade events do not spawn.
The only way to get them to respawn is by going into Horizon Solo, re-entering house/garage, exiting house garage, selecting HorizonLife again, going BACK into house garage for second time then exiting again for the second time. It. Is. An. Absolute. Nuisance.
