Ok, so I just bought the Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate edition and I’m having trouble downloading the two bonus DLC packs they give. Anyways I get to the Rockstar DLC car pack and its free (thats a start), I try to download, but then this “market place error” comes up.
So you’re trying to download car packs for a game that doesn’t come out for 4 weeks?

The Rockstar pack that you get for ordering Horizon 3 IS FOR Horizon 2. The McGuire pack that you get is for Forza 6.

Have you rebooted? Are there any updates to install in System in your console settings? You could try unplugging all your equipment - console, router, and any computer with the Xbox App linked to your console and reboot again.
Turns out that I just needed to search for DLC on the xbox store app and download it from there, weird.
From what i understand the those two DLC packs are for playing in Forza Horizon 3.
No, they are not.
