You are correct we originally had the FAV version via Fm4 with the Anti Aircraft gun on the back.
Standards had changed so it was eventually swapped out for the CST or the transit/civilian version without the weaponry. Being introduced in Fh3 and made it through fh4 and fh5.
Because it’s sooo bad for kids to see guns. They even removed weapons from the James Bond vehicles in FH4.
Meanwhile those same kids playing Fortnite and COD:

yeah, it’s a weird mix, this parenting they do, For Honor, Dead By Daylight, sure, they’re rated but, well, when did that ever stop anyone?
I did not realise that the Scouthog had in fact been a Warthog, knew about the missiles on the . . DB5 was it?

They removed the front machine guns from the DB5. The Z8 had the side mounted missiles removed. Other cars I don’t recall what weapons they have but it’s all removed.

What if the new game mode has something to do with FH4. The map portion at a fast travel point in the current map similar to EL could be possible i suppose. The 21st also starts the new season in FH4 with the non live service and revamped backstage pass system.

There’s a car (possibly hyundai veloster if i remember correctly), driving very slow; but then a very powerful & fast car passes.
