have just been to microsoft 360 support about this issue,but they couldn’t resolve it for me. they recommended me to contact the game company directly.
have deleted/re installed the game also cleared the cache memory/marketplace data e.t.c but the problem persists.
i have a new 360 slim console (but original hdd from my old one) it’s really annoying now.
For many the game on demand is not playable. this issue has been known since it was released on demand, and rather than it being removed it has now been reduced in price to encourage more to buy.
have managed to fix the problem thankfully. i reformatted the hdd then re’downloaded the game (without downloading my cloud save) for some reason it worked fine (didn’t ask for a disc).
it’s a bit strange/annoying that nothing has been done about the problem if it is well known.
