I have a gtx 960 and i have noticed its only using about 60 percet if the gpu in nzxt cam and my frame raes are not bad but coukd be better
Have you tried changing the graphics options, everything is set to Dynamic by default and most times it goes for looks and not framerate. I personally changed everything to ultra and it started running better
