GIFT CARS.... HELP

I have 4 x Forza Edition ‘Gift Cars’ sitting in my messages ‘Gift’ tray. I have hit the ‘download’ button for each and nothing happens. The message just blinks and remains. The cars are not in my garage and not on the tier or buy roster.

I have VIP membership and Ultimate Edition of the game.

Any clues as to why these cars won’t download???

Have you rebooted?
Is this a new issue or the first time?
Could your Xbox account Privacy settings be preventing the download?
