I played at night (05/20/2022), everything would be stable, without any problems. The next day (05/21/2022) I launch FH5, and the game starts from the very beginning.
Rebooted to Steam/Xbox, untied and linked these accounts, nothing helps. But more interesting.
The game starts from the very beginning, that is, it all starts with the demonstration of the controller on the screen during loading, then the intro of the game begins - the Ford Bronco falls in the area of the volcano from the plane, and all that further along the script.
When I pause, I see that the account is mine, and the loans are in place, and the level / club / recognition. In general, everything is in place, except for the introduction, which I should ideally not watch again.
As soon as I chose one of the offered cars, they show me a map (on which everything is passed, and races, and jumps / drift / segments / radars / stories, and they offer to go to either Hot Wheels or Rally Adventure. Do not lead to racing, and straight to the DLC.
But then more - on the account, since in fact the introduction is not completely completed (as far as I can remember, a marker is set for the race there, and you have to go through it), there are restrictions on the Games of the Festival / Adventure in the style of Horizon / Rivals / Clubs (although , I repeat, the account is already in the club)/Horizon Super7.
When choosing the same Festival Games, the game opens a notification that says “This feature is currently blocked. To unlock it, keep playing.”
After that it was passed about a dozen races in Mexico / HW / RA, and nothing changes. Just like the pointer with the race you need to complete does not appear.
Since advancement at the beginning of the game is based on Recognition, I tried to level it up, in the hope that it will help advance and unlock menu items. Alas, it didn’t help.
Please tell me how can I try to solve this problem?
