Bug Info: Rivals (ONLY MONTHLY) - Currently affecting Lambo Huracan STO and Porsche Mission R Circuits/Leaderboards. Impossible to change Rival to anyone except the person right above you on the leaderboards including your own time.

Settings: Have tried assists on and off
Xbox Settings: n/a
Attempted fixes: Have restarted game and PC, tried using Mouse and KB instead of Controller as well.
Content Update: Has been happening for 3-4 days at least, was when I started trying to grind monthly rivals.
