Game won't start today, was perfectly fine yesterday

Hi there,
I was able to play both standard FH4 and Fortune Island yesterday, but today the game won’t even load the very first menu (Continue / Options / …).

I had just purchased the Ultimate pack yesterday for the PC and let it download and install last night. Go to launch it for the first time, window opens with the cover art, goes grey, Game tab pops up on the side with shortkeys for gameplay capture etc, and then window closes. No error code or anything pop up. Tried a restart of my PC, only improvement is I get the initial warning screen, the spinning loading icon spins maybe 90 degrees, stops, then window closes. I do a reset of the game, same result. Uninstall the game and install only the 68-69 GB base game and tried to launch, still the same result.
