I have the Steam version, after I launch the game, nothing happens
I have the latest nVidia driver, everything is up to date

Tried to uninstall - reinstall, same story
Tried the " verify integrity of game files "
No luck
Any advices, guys ? I have no issues with all the Steam games

Same here on a AMD system. WIndows up to date and also drivers up to date.
On my other system, Intel, Forza works (after a few starts).

Ich habe das Spiel durch den Game Pass inklusive des premium Addons bundle und kann es ebenfalls nicht ordentlich starten… Wie der ersteller bereits geschrieben hat, kommt das FM bild, wo man sieht, es startet, aber dann schließt sich im Taskmanager das Spiel vollständig. Ist dies bei Ihnen auf Steam auch der Fall ?

Yes, it is the same issue. You are the first person who has the game outside of Steam that is having the same issue so I thank you for posting on the forums.

Running into the same issue as well. Game crashes after the splash screen. I have the gamepass version with the premium add-ons bundle. I’ve attempted all of the fixes/workaround in the FAQ with no luck.

Das ist echt traurig, dass es auf AMD Systemen Anscheinend Probleme mit dem Start des Spiels gibt. Ich könnte es ebenfalls auf meinem I7 9700K probieren aber das dauert ein wenig, ehe ich das spiel heruntergelden habe. Aber würde mich danach gerne nochmal auf deinen Post melden :slight_smile:

I am also stuck on the splash screen with an infinite spinner.

Things I have tried that did not work:

  • Uninstall / Reinstall game on Steam
  • Launch the game as administrator from the game file location
  • Delete all of my Xbox stored windows credentials
  • Uninstalled and reinstalled MS Gaming Services
  • Used the “Game Repair Tool” suggested by the devs in the Steam Community post
  • Cleared shader cache
  • Turned off my firewall / Added exceptions to my firewall for the game
  • Disabled my network adapter before booting the game up and then reenabling it when the dialog box appears and asks “Retry Connection”
  • Disabled/Enabled the Microsoft Account Sign-in Assistant service in services.msc

System:
CPU - AMD 5900x
GPU - Nvidia RTX 3080
Windows 10

Windows 10 and GPU Drivers are up to date.

It’s not about AMD or Intel, I’d say
Has nothing to do with CPU, GPU, drivers, resolution, etc
There is a issue with Steam - Forza Motorsport
I’m thinking about refund the game and buy it from Microsoft Store, not sure what to do

There is also a Issue on MS store. I cant Start the game. On Console is no problem, all works fine

I already tried it with 3 different GPU / CPU
nVidia RTX 4090, 8k
nVidia RTX 3090,4k
AMD Radeon RX6600XT, 4k

No luck

Yeah its 1:1 the same issue.

Hm, i think the AMD Cpu had an issue. Not your AMD Graphic card. I try to install it on my Intel System and give a response but that might need some hour’s :sweat_smile:
