After doing a bit searching around and noticed people mentioning reinstalling the DLC fixed it for them.
I had a look and all the DLC was marked as not being downloaded in the Store.
I downloaded them and now the game works.
I have played the game a lot since launch (VIP) I played it yesterday just fine.
There has been no system changes or software installed other than the update.
Today the Splash screen pops up then it just shuts down.
