Game transfer question

Evening everybody!

Currently I do not have my own Xbox One and want to play Horizon 2. However, my brother has one. My question is that if I buy and download the Ultimate edition will all of it (VIP, DLC, Car Pass, The actual game) be transferred over to my own Xbox One when I, hopefully sooner rather than later, buy one for myself?

Thanks for any help in advance!

3hrs and no one has answered your question. sort of like when they wasn’t completely honest about the differences in the two games…
but here is the down side for us 360 owner’s, NO!!! there is no vip, car pass, or ultimate package. we may get very lucky and see a dlc…
other than that the game is fun to play…

Problem?

Yeah… none of that has anything to do with what he’s asking. And FIFA 14 came out on the PS2. Do you think it’s the same as the version on the PS4? It’s time for a reality check. OF COURSE there are major differences. If there weren’t, we would still be playing on 2600s.

Anyway, to answer the OPs question, all content on the One is tied to A: your account and B: your “home” console (which you choose what that is). The only difference between how DRM is handled on the One and on the 360 is on the 360 it was the console you downloaded it to first held that version of the license. Now, you can choose which console does. It won’t “transfer” to your console, because it won’t have to. Just like on the 360, and even more so with cloud save storage, it is far more tied to accounts than anything else. If it works like FM5 though, HE won’t be able to use YOUR VIP, whether it’s on his console or not. VIP in FM5 was tied ONLY to the account, which is part of what caused all the problems. I’ve not seen it verified yet, but from what I’ve heard, it’s the same in FH2.
