Hi, New to XBOX ONE,
Couple questions about saving games…
Can you save you games and Profiles to a Flash Drive like on the 360?
And is your game automatically saved to the cloud? or Is there a way to do that?
I have been using a system I borrowed from a friend and I need to remove all my info (without losing it) before I return it to him.
Any Help would be appreciated

I believe you can save game saves to an external HDD (don’t think flash drives work - there are minimum requirements for external drives).
The cloud automatically makes a backup of your data (save, tunes, etc) - does require a internet connection of course.
As long as you have an internet connection, all of your data should be saved to the cloud, so you can just delete the profile from the console.
If you want to access it later, then you can just sign into your profile with your email address and password (on any Xbox One), and it’ll download your profile, along with all of your game saves.
