The game crashes immediately after turning on the Internet or when entering the game with the Internet turned on. If the internet is off then the game works fine

curiously, for Horizon 5 on Xbox One I find if I start the game with the network disconnected, then go to settings to turn it on again, usually the game crashes to the Home screen
0xc0000005, i install old drivers version but forza crash

Which version of Windows? (it looks based on that error code, as if there’s unsupported drivers).
May want to try in the meantime, right clicking the game before launching, selecting Properties and popping it in Compatibility Mode (you can select whichever version you like, but depending on the drivers you have, I’d suggest going for Windows 10), if that doesn’t work either, you’ve got something interfering with the drivers and unfortunately, that could be almost anything (third party software such as security programs are the most common cause, but alas, so is malware), which prevents providing advice (other than a complete OS reinstall)).
