This is strange… Ok, yesterday the game played amazing and only crashed once.
I was able to play on maxxed out settings at 60 - 70 FPS on 2560x1080.
I thought I was lucky, considering all the bad reviews. Now for some reason the
game is no longer fullscreen while racing. I know the menu’s are not supposed to
be fullscreen. But yesterday, as soon as I loaded into a race, the black bars would go
away and it would be full screen. Today this is not the case, for some reason the black
bars stay the whole time. I have tried changing resolutions and changing them back,
tried upscaling to 4k, and also tried changing some setting in Nvidia control panel to
see if I could force it. Nothing has worked. This is extremely annoying. Some might be
able to ignore it but I for one can not. Someone help PLEASE!!!

I seem to have fixed it… Either I did not see the option, or it was added in yesterday’s
update. The option is under resolution called “Native Window Resolution”. I changed
to that option and it is now fullscreen while racing. I previously had 2560x1080, which
is my native resolution, and it worked. But, today I had to select the Native option.
This is strange, though I am satisified it is fixed. Hope this helps anyone else with the
same issue.
