Even if you get the Ultimate you still won’t get it until the 23rd, which is Friday, even in the UK. Some Xbox users who ordered a disc may get it a day earlier than that if the stores send them out.
There’s no way the OP is getting there’s on Monday, at least not legitimately.

Only other option is he’s a reviewer/YouTuber getting a preview copy, but that’s very unlikely. He probably just got his dates wrong.
