I am wondering if anyone else has had this problem.
I have been playing since forza 1 and while i am not a leaderboard time setter, i am pretty decent. I run all assist off with no driving or breaking lines with normal steering. But since 2 days ago, i have had an issue where the front tires are not breaking traction yet the car won’t turn as it should. Its happening more in low speed turns. I will be at the correct speed for the turn and the car will push without breaking traction. It will still push if i lift off the throttle completely. I know its not the tune. I have tested it on stock built cars. This just stated 2 days ago and i don’t know what to do to fix it. I am only going to uninstall and reinstall as a last resort. Anyone else come across an issue like this?
Try doing a cold reboot of your console.
Without any games running hold the power button on the console for more than 5 seconds until it turns off.
Leave it for a few minutes, turn it on and try again.
Are you sure it’s not just understeer?
Has it been a while since you played? Does it do it regardless of car or build? Hopefully a cold bot fixes things.
I play every day. My console is set to fully shut down every time i shut it off. The game will be fine for a few hours and then it wont. At first i thought it was a bad tuning setup. But i was getting the same issue with all my cars. Normal understeer is where the front tires lose traction while turning. If you are watching telemetry. The traction circles would turn red after exceeding the grip. But now the circles are staying green and the car isn’t turning. Its definitely some kind of physics bug.
If you can, record a video of it happening with the telemetry overlay open. The email Turn10 and include the video.
Is this all cars or just specific cars. You said it’s not the tune but sounds a little like AWD diff settings. (I have not seen this problem myself so it’s the best I can come up with)
