Hi! I heard about Preorder FM6 = Free DLC for FH2. Will I get the last 3 DLCs(July, August, and September) for free for preordering FM6?

“Everyone who pre-orders a digital bundle of Forza Motorsport 6 before September 15 will receive an exclusive bonus car in Forza 6, the 2015 Mazda Team Forza MX-5. In addition, everyone who pre-orders a digital bundle will receive 14 new cars to collect, customize, and race in Forza Horizon 2 for Xbox One at no additional charge. These cars include the Forza Horizon 2 Pre-Order Car Pack, the Alpinestars Car Pack, and the Duracell Car Pack.” As officially stated, here.

SoftMore15, the description explicitly says you’ll get the Horizon 2 Pre-Order Car Pack, the Alpinestars Car Pack, and the Duracell Car Pack. No more, no less.

I can confirm this… I pre-ordered the ultimate edition and later when I got home I downloaded the 3packs at no charge.

So in theory, we could pre-order FM6, download the packs, then cancel the pre-order and get free packs?

This post is an absolute disgrace.

I hope you try it and get stuck without a refund.

Agree with you SatNite…its disgusting

the preorder bonus is only through the xbox live marketplace digitally, and states no refunds …and more than likely the DLC packs would be taken away if you get the refund anyway

I also agree it is not in the best interest for someone to go around suggesting this idea.

But I must clarify something you mentioned While digital purchases are none refundable all digital preorders are. All that is required is you contact support and they are required to cancel it as long as it is before the stated release date. MS also reserves the right to remove any licenses attributed to you account so the chances of them letting you keep the packs are pretty small. Not sure why he even suggested something like this?

Some people these days just don’t care about honesty and what is ‘right’ sad but true. Although I’m not too impressed by having purchased the stated packs a couple days before e3.

So you confirm that won the 3 packs with pre order the Foza 6!
We downloaded the content for the game or for the Xbox store?

Confirmed the three dlc packs for horizon 2 through the in game marketplace.

yep the past 3 (not including the porsche) and yes you do them get them straight away ( as long as preorder digitally)…or i did anyway

The 3 packs you get are specifically listed - and as yet there is no info on any further packs for FH2.
