The recent car pack that included the Renault Spark was free for my mate, but I had to pay 300,000 for it. He also said other cars were free for him, but mine just said new, not free?
Any ideas?
Are your profiles on the same console, or have you recently logged into your profile on your friend’s console?

He did log in in my console! We wanted to see how it handled switching profiles when he sat in front of the wheel (handled well). We then removed his profile.
Any suggestions on what I should do next. Other than get online before him and get the cars free first.
First thing to do is make sure you are on your home screen without any games running. Hold the power button on the console for 5 seconds or so until it turns off. Wait a minute and then turn it back on.
Is the console set as your home console?
If you do not know go to the home screen, press the menu button and settings.
On the bottom left there should be a tile called home xbox or home console.
Go into that. If it says this is your home xbox still change it and then change it back to it being your home xbox.
Then back out and fire up Forza and check.
If it doesn’t work it is possible that your friends account has somehow taken ownership of the free rights to the dlc cars.
Unless of course they’re doing the trick to share stuff, in which case only one of them is going to get free cars.
I was just about to try SatNiteEduardo’s suggestion when I see this post.
So with this glitch if just one of us buys a car pack we both get it? Would we both still have them after I do as suggested above?
Ah sod it, I’m not a cheat.
I’ll do as above and let you know how it goes…
