Hello yesterday during the game I came across the Sunrise song on hospital records, but there was no sound. Was it a bug or this great song hit the radio in game at last?

The exact same thing happened to me today! I just want to hear Sunrise in races after the intro race 
Unlike the Music in FH3 (that i still enjoy) that was not “drilled” into our ears…, it should be a blessing if this Horizon’s Annoying Music was completely removed.

Yes! I saw it come up too but there’s no announcement or anything that this was released to the game. Unfortunately like you said it’s bugged and there’s no sound for a considerable time implying it’s the full 9-ish minute track we’ve all been waiting for.
Hospital Records is already my favourite radio station in the game and now that’s all I’m going to listen to until I hear the track.
Found the song on Youtube it sounds quite good…

Well it’s confirmed, I finally got it as a skill song (it’s odd getting double points in complete silence). Judging by the length of the track it’s the whole thing from the intro race (it goes for about 9 minutes 50 seconds).

Sinnce the patch that lowered the unlock percentage for the horizon playlist the song has been working with full sound!

So I guess I wasn’t just seeing things. I’ve listened to it about four times now, even making the sprint to the Festival in the McLaren Senna when “Summer” drops. I thought I managed to bug the game as I started a race when “Spring” was playing in the pre-race menu immediately, only to have Sunrise play on Hospital Records. Then it came around again a full loop later, proving everything was running fine. I just wish it was a bit louder, though.

Still no sound while Sunrise plays, even after the new update. It’s really frustrating, the song is showed in the HUD but you can’t hear a thing… very annoying, you have to switch the radio station because there is no sound for more than 9 minutes. PLS fix it and finally put a NON MUTED Sunrise in the game as it’s the best track in the whole Playlist.
Yesterday the song came while I was driving around. The track is awesome. It has so much power from the begining to the end and it’s much better than the bad quali cuts on YouTube. Hopefully there will be soon a chance to get the song on Spotify or even better in full quality as a download.
…the Song plays on my game as well (only when i switch radio on, scrolling through stations, waiting for a skill song & turning off afterwards) …luckily one gets to enjoy it, due to it not being Forcibly drilled on us.
…Most loading screen songs just became annoying…, sounding like some irritating chicken & ambulance sounds… & a special shout-out for that fast rock or whatever song it is, that’s just The Worst
The sound in the song unlocked on Xbox , but on PC still silence during “Sunrise”.
