I am wondering if anyone else has come across this because i have searched deep into google and cannot find a solution. My problem is this - No matter what settings I have on, my fps is capped at 113. To clarify, the in game cap is set to 144fps as that is my my monitors native refresh rate, I have tried from the lowest settings to the absolute highest and still only 113 max. I have tried with Vsync on and off, Gsync on and off, both on and off, one of them off the other on, DSR on and off, all my global settings in Nvidia Control Panel On and Off. I have tested other games and am able to achieve higher refresh rates. A cpu bottle neck perhaps? Unlikely, as i went to the extreme efforts of applying a 400mhz overlock on my CPU which I benchmarked in CPUz and userbench before and after and saw a large gain in those corresponding scores, this would no doubt have resulted in at least +1 fps if it were the bottleneck. There is no system level Fps cap that I am aware of, i have searched every setting and if there is then it should have affected the other games tested.
Would love to know if anyone has experienced this or something similar, maybe with a different number? Thanks for your time.
