servers look down for me, no rewards, messages, specialy dealer, forzathon, multiplayer, leagues, rivals, leaderboards.
After collecting Forzathon rewards I just joined a Leagues lobby with other players. Remember to reboot if you haven’t tried that.
Let’s try if it helps in this too.
For the multiplayer inability to join, put Xbox offline in network setting. Wait a moment and put it back online. I do this now everyday to be able to race.
My forzathon did work last night but I did the workaround before racing so I don’t know whether or not they were offline before that.
So this same “fix” may help in this other connectivity problem.
E: Tried today. Didn’t work. Still offline. Also today even multiplayer is unavailable.

It’s the same problem as in the “Can’t Access in Game Messages” thread.
I’ve done all the available weekly and September Forzathon challenges and got all the rewards but it was a struggle.
Basically you press the XBOX button to get to HOME, quit the game, go to settings and go offline. Wait 10 seconds then go online and restart the game.
This fixes the problem for a while. To get all the rewards over a 1 hour period I had to do this three times.
Microsoft know about the problem and there is a warning on Xbox Support
just try to connect to multiplayer until it lets you in, then back out and forzathon wont be offline. it may take a while, but it will work
I rebooted my game on Xbox One several times during the day. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn’t. So, the last time, I restarted the game, and let it sit there for a few minutes to read some posts here, because this issue is making me mad, and boom, it was back online. It’s not that the servers are down, but there’s so much traffic on them that it’s literally creating a DDOS attack on the servers, without trying to. And it is most likely from FH2 on Games for Gold, but mainly from the Free Play weekend.
FH2 and FM7 should be different servers, so FH2 being on GFG shouldn’t be affecting FM7.
I haven’t received any rewards from FRC, iirc, or Forza Rewards, but Forzathon worked for me, at least I got the pop up that it did. I’ll check again when I get off work. My message center was completely empty, not even Drivatar rewards, so there is clearly something going on and has been for weeks.
Have you tried going offline/online while in game(wouldn’t advise at the moment with current state of xbox’s live issues). That generally gets messages to pop for me. One of my accounts even received gift rewards from that old Indy bounty Hunter, had 30+ gifts, daily, rivals and Forza rewards.

Yep, this worked for me as well. Odd that it only affects Forza.

How do I get the reward if I won a forzathon during these server issues? Now it just says “terminated” and neither did I get the car in my garage, nor the credits that I expected to get…
This happened to me a few times on the last months. A week before the update that opened the majority of cars to be bought, there was a Forzathon with tje BMW 1M Coupe as a reward. Thanks to server instability, the game said the challenge was completed, but I got no car. Thank God I was able to outright buy it a week later, but the constant Forza 7 server instability is causing too much hassle recently.
Oddly, I had zero forzathon issues, both completing, and claiming rewards between 3 accounts on my homes slow internet connection… All cars and credits accounted for.
Very odd behavior with this game and live in general lately, some friends with much better internet are having more issues with fm7. Hope fh4 doesn’t launch with all this trouble.
My #Forzathon shows Start Your Engines completed, however I do not have a 1955 Mercedes-Benz 300 SLR in my garage. Too bad too because I was drooling over that but can’t afford to drop the 1,000,000 credits on it. It’s a beautiful car, hopefully they will fix this issue.
I’ve been out of town all week and thought maybe the car would be sitting there waiting for me when I came home but nope. According to the “how to report an issue” thread, I have to put contact support.xbox.com. Okay, went there, that site says if it’s a game problem has to be taken up with the publisher - so a pretty nice system they’ve got working there, nobody with resolve a customer’s issue. Nice! So glad i dropped $100 on Horizon pre-order, hopefully they can get that launch better than the 7 launch. Hopefully I’ll get my drift pack cars in 7. ridiculous.
