Forzathon LIVE clock/countdown issues?

Over the last 24 hours I’ve been having a lot of issues with the Forzathon Live countdown: it doesn’t start on the hour, like it always did. I often get messages like “Starts in 2.5 hours” etc. I just got one at 3pm EST that said “starts in 25 minutes” but I saw other drivers there (at 3pm) with me, and then after about 5 minutes the pink bubble and the countdown dissapeared - almost as if the other drivers took part in it, and I wasn’t able to. My internet is a-ok, and everything else seems to be working fine.

Any ideas? Is this a community wide glitch? Or just me?

It happens, Just reboot the xbox(or switch to another game and back really quick to restart FH4). Really sucks when you have time for only one forzathon and bugs out. Typically this bug may come up when a patch comes with a season change without a fresh start of the game.
