And literally while trying to post this, “unable to reach server, connection timed out” for the forum. Wow. Every other site on the 'net is working fine.
I’m really, REALLY tired of the poor network performance that seems to only happen with this game.
I have been disconnected from every Trial attempt this morning and I’m constantly getting disconnected from online in general. Jus me, or is this an issue with others? I know it isn’t my 'net cos I’ve got a ping of like 3 on a gigabit connection. Router is a brand new nighthawk.

I don’t think it is just you. I had the same problem, thought it was my net but when running tests net was fine.
yes i also have this issue right now… i think they should be fixed this soon
I have the same issue for a least a week. It usually disconnects me during a solo race for some reason and I have to reconnect to horizon life again.
Same here. I tried 3 times, got disconnected every time. I absolutely hate to be forced to do playground games for the weekly challenge. I think i am not alone as usually after one round lots of players in the losing team quit. Which is a good thing because then it will become an easy win and i can do things i really want which is doing races. But for this time im done. PG can keep their weekly cars for themselves if they are unable to keep up their servers properly…
Same issue here, cannot physically play between 1:00-3:30pm EST because of constant disconnects and I know for a fact its not on my end because I stream at the time and don’t drop a single frame on my OBS

I just did the series 15 update and somehow FH4 doesn’t connect to Xbox Live. I tried other games to check if my subscription ended perhaps, but didn’t have any problems there.
Is it a bug in Series 15? Or what can I do about it?

well , it cant regonize my xbox live gold and i cant play multiplayer ,i checked and it didnt expired and ii can play online in other games but only not worked on fh4 ,is that a bug or what
Is anyone else experiencing FH4 server problems? It is down,in my end. Time on deck is 4:12pm (1642) EST & the server has been down for close to an hour or so.

Thanks for the response… I reset my game my XBox, updated, & all is good now.
When I enter the game it always says: failed to access to the server. Try later. It happens for 2 weeks already.
Here’s screen shot of this problem. It’s on russian but it says codes of the problem.
I’ve already checked my Toredo settings. It’s fine!

you are the first moderator, which didn’t post a link to the “support” and closing the thread. Since the community section has been closed and linked to the “support” website, which is localised in certain languages, this is the best answer I’ve read.
BTW… non support of additional languages in the official forums, then you don’t need any language related questions in the support page. An additional website only for support and suggestions? Sorry, but this is not acceptable as a studio from Microsoft. what about using the resources you’ll get from Ms?
I’m praying to God every day, that the next horizon will be developed by the amazing team behind FH2/3. No need to follow any trends like Fallout 76 (Yay, GaaS) and Charakter Customizing ala Fortnite.

Question are you playing on Xbox or PC. If on PC do you have any VPN downloaded?
Although I’m able to join an online session, I’m unable to finish the Weekly & Daily Challenges. They are showing as locked & unavailable.
I’m also unable to access the Forzathon Shop, Message Centre, Rivals, Club & Marketplace.
I’ve already submitted a ticket, but wondered if this was affecting other players.
