I just redeemed my reward of 300,000 credits in game and even downloaded them but they didn’t show up in my bank account Wtf plz help.!
Are you certain that you downloaded them and did not delete by accident? The transaction between downloading and crediting toward your account is instantaneous.

did you read your messages in game? you have to read the reward message to get it.
Actually he will need to download the credits from the message, reading makes no difference.
Gents, the original poster claims he/she redeemed and downloaded the reward. At this point, there is nothing for them to do but to contact Turn 10.
