Hello I’m trying to increase my tier level and have bought all Forza titles, I’m currently playing Forza horizon and all progress has been updated except cars owned which has stayed at 0? I have mailed turn 10 but no reply has anyone else had this issue?
Yea. I’m doing exact same thing as you, was tier 5 and decided to get to 9 a month and a half ago. Thru that everything has worked except for cars owned in horizon. I’ve maxed out rest of rewards and beat the game but in over a month of playing, it has not raised. Others have reported same issue.
About two weeks ago forza 5 days played stopped as well, again confirmed by others. It began working late last week again.
As you begin your journey, it may be best to just account for the lost 150 points. There is no recourse I have discovered, the forum is littered with posts about missing points, some which took up to a year to get going again. Email will not work, it’s automated response. I’ve tried messaging mods as well. Forza 5 was one thing, given its relative new age, the issue was discovered and fixed. Given horizon’s age, I’m not optimistic this one gets fixed. Any points issues on the older forza classic titles, I wouldn’t hold out hope.
That said, it’s still doable. In over a month I’ve gone from tier 5 to 8. The last tier won’t go nearly as quick, I’m guessing atleast 3 months of chasing gamerscore points. But in my calculations I have enuf doable achievements left to get there I so desperately wish I had started a month earlier and gotten the forza token dlc points.
