Subject says it all, basically have been trying since the new month started trying to redeem my monthly rewards and this months is not working… anyone know why? or at least that they are aware of this issue and are working on fixing it?

Thank you for the advice, I just tried it with no luck. I was even already signed out of xbox.com when I went to go attempt to sign out. It still just has the loading circle going on forever and not redeeming the rewards.
I redeemed my last rewards at the end of last month no issues at all, which wasn’t long ago since this month just started.
This happened to me the first time I tried to redeem my reward. I just kept refreshing and waiting maybe 10-15 seconds until it came up. I haven’t had a problem since.
Surprisingly, I pretty much just did that and left it loading forever while working, and then going back to it every once in a while refreshing etc. and finally got it to work. Weird. Thank you for telling me to just keep at it! lol
FYI: Some browsers work better than others with Forza Rewards. Firefox or Safari seem to work better than Chrome or IE.
