nullSo i got Windows 10 a few weeks ago and i tried Forza horizon 3 and 4 demo and Apex. Everything was ok until i reached Forza M7. I have windows 1809 version. So when i launch the game, sometimes it reaches the turn 10 logo and crashes at the end, other times its crashes after the small loading circle. Its seems the first time it reaches the turn 10 final part logo and the next tries to start the game just reaches a light purple screen after the loading circle. I tried everything to fix this issue but nothing work. Can anyome help?
Same for me downloaded 19th Dec 2018 and game refuses to load past splash screen.
Was hoping to play Forza 7 as it will be supported and updated next year due to no F8 being developed.
I have tried all the options from forums and general googling but nothing works.
I have had three Microsoft tech Agents remote in to my PC and attempt to fix but all attempts have failed.
Microsoft gave up and suggested I play other games!
I have logged a ticket with Turn 10 see if they can come up with something.

Man i dont know what to do. Turn10 needs to do something, this is just stupid. Next week im gonna try to reinstall Windows and see.
+1 same problem. I have seen the loading circle on the bottom right after the splash screen. Once, while starting in the background, I heard the “T10/Microsoft Studios” load screen audio. Upon accessing the FM7 window, the screen froze briefly, and it crashed.

Same here. I tried all solutions i could find on the web and wasted 4 hours of holidays trying to solve this. Wanted to try the game before buying it on sale now, but i think ill pass on it. Huge disappointment.
Edit: tried to install it on another microsoft account on my computer today, and somehow my trial expired even though i never got through initial splash screen. I would like to buy the game and enjoy it, but I’m afraid ill only waste money for something that won’t even work.
Would anyone advise me to buy the standard edition on sale or will i have the same problem with it?

I as well got windows 10 1809 build a couple weeks ago wanted to try Forza Motorsport 7 Free Trial before buying it on sale and cannot get the game to load up. It hits the splash screen then disappears :(. I have reainstalled windows, downloaded the latest Nvidia drivers, reset windows store app, deleted reinstalled windowst store app, deleted forza 7, reinstalled, made sure windows push to install was turned on, made sure i was signed in on my microsoft account on pc, xbox app, and microsoft store, etc. etc. etc. tried so many fixes. I have played forza motorsport 6 apex fine and Horizon 4 demo fine just not forza motorsport 7. 
I also noticed that it is not in my “owned library” only in my “installed” therefore I am thinking that somehow someway the microsoft store doesn’t read it as being owned so not giving me permission to run it. IDK just a hunch on my end.
my god i thought i was the only one. ive had a ticket with them that has not been responded to in 24 days. exact same crash in the exact same spot. the demo for forza 7 worked perfect but they changed it to the trial and its been a mess since. ive done everything you guys have done to and its just fudged. this is their issue and ive been on tech support with MS and they have no idea but they did say it was a Turn 10 issue. fix it T10 because i want this game badly looks gorgeous on pc.

The issue seems to be only with the trial version, I risked buying the standard edition and it works flawlessly.
Yeeaah well i reinstalled windows and it still freezes on the Turn 10 screen… what a joke

Is the 4hr trial only for PC?!? I wanted to give it another try after refunding right after launch cause it was so broken. Has nothing changed? I see no 4hr trial/demo on Xbox at all.
The same for me, but the full version of Forza Motorsport 7 runs without problems. Seems like the problem is only with the demo of Forza Motorsport 7 like that.
Install the demo on your C: Drive
The demo dosent like to be installed on another drive letter.
The APP install user users dynamic links to point to other drive letters but fails on the demo.
I had same issue uninstalled and reinstalled to C drive and issue resolve.
